Welcome to my story. Weaving a family tree's threads into the captivating narrative of grief, conflict, and emerging hope while reminiscing on a bygone era.

The mesmerising story of suffering, loss, war, and new hope, or, rather, a restored sense of hope for new life. My story spans across the golden age of President Tito’s rule, via Croatia’s 1990s war period, to the settled new migrant life in Adelaide. Thriving while surviving tips and spiritual journeys of discovery with thrown in a bit of poetry and gardening tips to make for an interesting reading.

Endure Beyond

This is a story of a happy childhood, simple village life, pain that follows the premature loss of a parent, and the impact of war - when your loved ones turn into statistics of war crimes.

The second part of the narrative takes you to the new continent - new life as our little family got a new lease on life. Covering period from Croatia’s 1990s war to the settled new migrant life in Adelaide.
